The Process

1. Submit an Online Request for a quotation or download a form and email us. You should normally attach a two-page (600 word) sample of the work that needs editing or translating. In some cases we may need to see the whole document.
2. Unless the work is unusually complex or extensive in scope we will respond and supply a quote within 48 hours.
3. The client confirms acceptance of the quote, or responds with further questions for clarification.
4. The client faxes acceptance of the quote to 086 540 3152 and submits the full document by email attachment (or provides the hard copy). Half of the quoted fee is to be paid in advance by direct debit or internet transfer (details of our bank account will be supplied). As soon as proof of payment is received, we will begin work on the document.
5. We will complete work on the document within the agreed time frame, and submit the completed document. Payment of the outstanding balance should be made as particular segments are completed or within 48 hours of completion of the document.
