Words eKapa is headed by Rob Gaylard, who has a D.Litt in English Studies from Stellenbosch University. He has over thirty years' experience as an educator and editor. Apart from his academic work (he has published in various literary journals), he has a history of involvement with community organisations and welcomes work from the NGO sector. He is a member of the Professional Editors’ Group and undertakes to abide by its guidelines.

PEG’s code of conduct can be accessed on its website: http://www.editors.org.za/. While PEG does not lay down a tariff of fees, our fee structure is reasonable and falls within the parameters of what is normally charged by professional editors. Where we quote fees, these serve as guidelines. Our quote will (where possible) take into account the particular circumstances and needs of the client.
